(October 5, 2018, 3:50 pm)We replaced the carpet in our piano room, dining room, master bedroom and master closet with engineered hardwood. After searching several other flooring entities, Marshburn's Flooring was recommended by a neighbor. As soon as my husband visited their store, he called me to say we had found our vendor! Their prices are very competitive and they have an excellent selection of flooring. But more importantly, they are a local, family owned business with the best customer service we've ever encountered. We were so impressed with their knowledge and honesty and the lengths to which they went to ensure our satisfaction. They gave us an installation date and their courteous, professional installers showed up early that morning and completed the job in two days. We did have a couple of minor install concerns, but they were quickly resolved the following day! It's very satisfying to do business with honest, hard working people like the Marshburns who do what they say they'll do and stand behind their work and products. Our floors are BEAUTIFUL, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

(September 14, 2018, 4:15 pm)I decided to have kitchen and entryway tile removed, carpet taken up in the living area and hallway and luxury vinyl planks installed. From day one when Jody came to measure,
to dustless tile removal (which I highly recommend) to the actual floor installation; the whole experience ran seamlessly!!! I could not have asked for better customer service and quality!! Definitely will return for any future renovation.
