“Stopped by today intending to close accounts due to some fees. Kari and Zach (manager) were wonderful in helping me resolve some issues regarding opting out of paper statements, and so I chose to keep the accounts open. (I do hope that the bank changes their policy on auto-enrolling in paper statements and makes that request-only. The reason is that there is a charge for paper statements, as well as for dropping below a certain minimum.) If this is changed & debit cards are issued for free I'll definitely make it 5 stars! I really do appreciate the help today.”
