“I've been teaching SPPCD at Jones EC PK K since the start of the 2018-2019 school year. We have a new principal, Ms. Rosalyn Burns, and Mr. Jessie and Mrs. Gonzalez as the APs, who are outstanding leaders. I can assure you that it is a safe, welcoming and community centered educational facility. It is not chaotic, it is not unorganized, and the teachers are dedicated, punctual and highly qualified loving individuals, unlike some parents would lead one to believe by choosing to use inappropriate language to express their thoughts. We are an educational environment dedicated to finding solutions rather than complain and do nothing. We encourage independence for our students, which would explain why parents are asked to stop at the door and allow the student to walk to their classrooms on their own. I assure you, there are staff members lining the main hallway, and the individual hallways making sure the students arrive to their destination. Breakfast is served in the classroom family style, where conversation is encourage with their peers. Parents are always welcome to volunteer at the school once they pass the district's background checks. You couldn't choose a better environment for your child.”

“Became a Sam's Club member in 91 and have been to many all over the entire country. Like so many organizations, the individual store is heavily influenced by the dedication, motivation, and leadership skills of the Senior Management. They must attract, recruit, and train exceptional employees, often at a difficult location. Try to get there early enough to enjoy the snack bar. They have their little problems, but they turn out gourmet restaurant quality food at bargain prices. They have better pizza and hot dogs than most of the specialty restaurants in the area. They are frequently swamped and short-handed but always friendly, courteous, and cheerful. I am a fast food junkie, regularly eating at fast food establishments. Although some brands are usually better than others, I have found much more difference between different locations of the same brand, rather than between brands, across the board. Consistency over a long period of time is very difficult to find because of the frequent personnel turnover. It is critical to have really good managers on site. If I owned a franchise I would definitely have a very well-designed reward system in place, to ensure that both individuals and teams were properly rewarded for their outstanding performance. Good loyal repeat customers are the crown jewels of the fast food business.”
