“The pool is clean, the water is not warm during the winter. There is an outdoor space where you can wait while the kids are in their swim classes 😄 There is no family restroom, this was a problem for us, my son could not come to the ladies bathroom with me and my daughter because he is not under 5 years old but I don’t like sending him to men’s bathroom alone.”

“We have been going to this exact location for 4-5 years ever since we moved to Houston/Katy area and we have always enjoy loved our experience here. We get both of our vehicles maintenance every 3 months. Sometimes the work is just oil changes and other times it’s oil changes and other works… we do love the courtesy transportation they offer and the towing which they towed us once before. They took care of the tow! Very cool respectable and we will always return.. and big part why we return, they offer us 50% oil changes every time! We LOVE THIS about this location.. FYI all these Christian Brothers do not offer same deals as this location does… Thank you for taking care of in times we need our vehicles fixed or just doing PM’s…”

But I left with great satisfaction and feel relief. Eternity helped us and was beyond amazing. She was able to answer all of our questions, inform us with every detail of the process before and after & she made us feel safe that we are able to trust to leave our things at the storage. She wasn’t pressuring us one bit, she showed that she genuinely care about us and our property. Now a days you do not see that type of customer service any more.
