“Ordered a Sportsman Masters 247 from Dylan in October 2022. Took delivery February 13, 2023. Dylan was great to work with, very helpful, and patient. Due to the schedule, there is a few items that need to be addressed when I bring the boat in for 20 hour service. It will be the minor warranty items as well as the full detail he could not get done prior to delivery as he was short staffed. Would I recommend Dylan and Boats Etc? Yes, and I have to several people. The only thing I would caution is to make sure you keep records, as they turn over so many boats, sometimes they confuse customers and what was ordered and agreed to. I ordered the boat with group 31 troll motor batteries, and they installed group 25 or 27. When I realized the error, and pointed it out to Dylan with the emails and order, he promptly addressed it and had it corrected. It was just an oversight due to the volume they handle combined with my special request for larger batteries. But non the less, having the records saved any possible issues from happening. Loving the new Sportsman, and looking forward to dealing with Dylan and his team again soon, even if it is only for service and parts. Darrel Owens”

When we finally decided to call for help, many companies would not give me pricing over the phone. Bayside gave me an upfront price, over the phone and they were able to send someone out right away. Like us, the technician had trouble finding the clog using a snake, but he was able to rely on experience, locate it through other means and resolve it quickly. There is a well layed out pool with water slide/ and handicap chair lift, basketball court, walking trail, soccer field, bleachers on what looked to be a baseball area, restrooms by the pool, and benches and picnic tables throughout.”

Prior reviews on the craziness of this place were right. I checked that with an employee who said “ yes this place was shi***le untill they cleared all containers out of the way .
