“Stellar customer service. Very knowledgeable and competent plumbers, who go above and beyond, with patience and grace. My mother had an emergency situation today. The situation was made worse by someone who tried to fix it, over the course of 1.5 days. Rex Plumbing came highly recommended to me. I was able to reach them immediately. The crew arrived at my mom's in approximately 20 minutes and, had the solution right away. My mom was very stressed between the person who was already working on the problem and misunderstanding what Rex's crew stated to her. Rex's crew graciously left. When I called to apologize for the confusion, they were very understanding. I was told to call them if we needed them, after they informed me that the person who was working on the problem inadvertently made it worse. An hour later my mom asked me if I could ask them to come back because she still had the leak. We were willing to wait until the next morning. Roy decided to send the crew back out right away. They repaired the pipe in less than an hour and even taught her what the other person did wrong. They continued to be gracious and understanding as she apologized for her stressed frustrations on their first trip. It is very hard to find customer service, competence and professionalism like this these days. Now I understand why my friend highly recommended them to me. I too, highly recommend them.”

“I had Rex Plumbing come out and install a kitchen faucet and install a spout for a tub. They sent out Allen and he did a fantastic job. He had to change out the service piping on the fixture at the tub spout. He did this flawlessly. He also helped replace a section of A/C PVC drain piping in the attic. Allen knows his craft well. He was there to get the job done and he did it well. I was very satisfied with the work.”
