And it’s that they have a Venezuelan food section and they also have a Venezuelan Restaurant in there. That was awesome for me. I got some Tequeños (Venezuelan Cheese Sticks). Do not forget to ask for one of the best Tequeños in the city of Houston. They are handmade and they are so delicious. You can also find everything else you would look for in a Supermarket. There’s a friendly environment and it’s a very well maintained place.”

I have had trainers in the past but none that actually get me to enjoy heading in to workout. Most of the exercises Vince has me do are new to me, but challenge me, and I just feel amazing after. I can already see a difference after 4 weeks. The owners, Bryan & Tory are awesome, and the gym is beautiful, and just has a laid back, friendly, home feel to it. Seriously could not ask for a better gym and trainer. Hands down - they are the best in The Woodlands area.”

Such a hidden place, it’s right next to a gas station but the service is amazing, it’s really organized and clean inside. The brisket kolache is a MUST. Seeing all the reviews on it, and actually tasting it is spectacular, my favorite is the brisket & also the croissant w cheese and sausage, the donuts were nice and fluffy. She always threw in a couple of mini donuts how sweet! Looking forward to adding this place to my morning routine.”

“I love the atmosphere of this restaurant, especially while sitting outdoors with the view of the park lawn and a partial view of the water. The menu might be rotational or seasonal as some of the items I saw on the Google menu, weren’t on their physical menu. The avocado fries were great and so was the Cajun pasta. Prices are higher than a normal restaurant, but since it’s attached to the hotel they charge more. Parking is sparse too, unless you valet.”

“Disrupt is AMAZING!! I sustained an injury running a couple years ago and was told by a local Ortho that surgery would be the only option if I continued to run and the pain returned. Thankfully I met Rachel through CrossFit, and after talking to her briefly about the issue, she was positive that she could help me rehab the injury (no crazy surgery necessary!). Scheduling an appointment was so easy, and within ~10 minutes of my first visit, she was able to diagnose the root cause of the issue and began forming a thoughtful and thorough treatment plan that was easy for me to adhere to, even with my hectic work schedule. Under her care, I was able to come back even stronger from that injury and haven't looked back! That experience made me a firm believer in PT as a first line of defense, and now Rachel is my first phone call whenever my active lifestyle gets the better of me. “My 1st time here. I just had some free time on my hands before I started my days errands and decided to google a place and try it. So here I am.... I was greeted instantly and sat quickly. My server was nice and helpful when I asked for recommendations. A few seconds later I was served chips and both red and green salsa! I'm a huge fan of salsa verde but thier salsa rojo stole my taste buds! It was served hot and full of flavor! The salsa verde was okay. I ordered the chicaquilas (verde) plate the server said was a popular dish. It is served with beans, and rice. I substituted the rice for breakfast potatoes. I requested over medium eggs with my chicaquilas. Taste wise they were good but the salsa verde on top seemed to be missing ingredients similar to the salsa. The beans needed more salt, and the potatoes looked as though they had been sitting for awhile. They also lacked salt. Overall though my meal was under $10 and I would come back, next time I'll try the rojo chicaquilas instead and request scrambled eggs. I enjoyed my visit and will be back to try more dishes in the future.”

Instructor Thomas was very welcoming and met with us privately twice to teach the basics before getting into group classes. There are a number of parents that participate with their kids which makes this a very family friendly experience. It's fun, motivating, great exercise, and teaches the kids discipline.
