They both explained everything in extreme detail from start to finish, answered any questions I had throughout, and put any concerns I had to rest. From our initial interaction getting scheduled all the way to completion of the work they were extremely friendly, they made me feel like a family friend rather than just another customer to make a dollar off! They take great pride in what they do, and the final product definitely shows it! “I have been renting a climate controlled unit here for 4 years now and only moved out today because I no longer need a storage unit. It has always been clean and well-maintained. Every single employee I have interacted with has been very pleasant and very helpful. The price has remained the same the entire time I rented here. I have also used their auto-draft feature for a long time without issue. I had a card replaced once due to fraud and was charged a late fee, I forgot that it was drafting from my card and not my bank account number. They were happy to help and reimbursed my late fee. I also lost my keys at one point and they met with me and cut the lock off for me. I think they only charged about $20. Even the move out was painless. Also, this location did not take on any water when Tomball flooded or during Harvey. If I ever need a storage unit again I would gladly drive across town to use this facility.”
