“Prices are OK, staff is friendly but after the sale everything goes downhill. Said delivery would be on Tuesday, called and checked-in that morning said it would be delivered after it wasn't delivered by Thursday my wife continued to check-in daily until I had to drive-up in person on Saturday- delivery got done same day. BUT they did not have the cable connections for the electric reclining sofa. I was told they would finish setting it up the following weekend, it has been 3 weeks and no word. Curt got everything taken care of very fast and it is all working properly, love the sofa and couch and very friendly service (family owned). 4/5!”

“You made my drive worth it!! I recently received a gift of a L-Shaped desk. My desk was missing part of the desk that connects to become a L- Shaped. The gift giver was nice but could not help. Contacted the manufacturers who suggested I come to the store for the missing pieces. Lo and behold 2 awesome female managers were able to assist me and not before long, the missing pieces were given to me. The staff even placed the desk piece in my vehicle. Everything is perfect and I want you guys to know that I think you are pretty awesome!”

“I visited Laurie’s yesterday to look and back again today to purchase. I read reviews before going and was skeptical after some of the negative reviews. Yesterday I was greeted upon entering the store and later when I was looking was asked by Susie if I needed help. She spent a lot of time answering my questions, measuring, and checking computer for additional pieces to the bedroom set I was interested in. She had other customers and left me to decide but returned a short time later. I could not have had better customer service from her and , yes, the store was busy. Today I returned with my husband ( both of us in jeans and I had on a flannel shirt and boots. We were greeted upon entering and while looking I was asked if I needed help. ( I believe her name was Joy. ) She answered questions and was very attentive and helpful. Susie was with a customer but when she saw me she came over and said hello and asked if I had any questions. Both ladies worked with me throughout the purchase of the furniture making sure pieces were all available. Today is Saturday and again the store was very busy. The young lady that processed the paperwork and arranged delivery was also very friendly and helpful. I will agree that prices are expensive but the bedroom furniture I purchased I have seen nowhere else before. Overall great experience and excellent customer service today.”
