“My parents and uncle have lived in this facility and been very pleased. Here’s what we have liked: the staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. There are a variety of floor plans and prices. They also have a good maintenance department, secure parking, well lit parking and walkways, numerous laundry rooms, a reasonable diet/variety of served meals and available snacks, optional personalized services for medical needs and help, a wide variety of social events both at the property and off-site, included bus/van services for shopping, scheduled for many medical appointments, entertainment and eating out, an exercise room and exercise classes, a swimming pool, putting green, beauty/barber salon, library and several gardens. This is a friendly place to live and 55+ folks can be as busy and involved as they like. They also allow small pets and there are many friendly dogs and a dog park. The price has been very reasonable for the size of the apartments and all the amenities. We highly recommend Brookdale of Clear Lake to our friends looking for a close place for their 55+ relatives.”

“Great place. Just bought a new car and it needed a wash. Went through the lane and the younger guy there spoke with me about my car and was VERY personable. We ironically had the same type of vehicle. He asked me which wash I wanted and offered to explain the differences in each wash. Wasn't pushy, wasn't rude, was a great salesman. Got me into and through the wash and even came back over to make sure I was satisfied. Clean facility and unlike some of the other car washes, there was no signs of riff-raff around. I will definitely be using these guys for my detailing needs. Used to frequent the place down the road, but they take way to long and charge way to much. Zoom Car Wash is the best place in town. Stop by, you won't be disappointed!!!!!”

“Ahmed went above and beyond, putting the finishing touches on our daughter’s car after I pointed out the missed fine dirt in her carpet. Air hose and vacuum did the trick. Then went above and beyond to wipe down interior, again, AND apply protectant to door panels and dash...car looks great and daughter was wowed with her surprise early Christmas gift!! The food was delivered and they forgot the ice cream but the delivery service refunded me. Overall I would definitely eat here again, just maybe in person so I can stress what I mean by spicy.”
