Orangetheory Fitnesss

I like the intensity, the options, the set up of the gym and equipment, I love the coaches. They are all kind, knowledgeable and passionate about helping me push my limits and reach my goals.

Great workout that pushes you to give it your all! They definitely explain everything to you so you feel comfortable before you start the workout. The staff was friendly and Im excited to become a regular a couple nights a week. Can't wait to get back in shape!

Orangetheory is great! Being able to see my heart rate and splat points in real time, and having the encouragement of the coaches help me to push myself harder than I would without them. It also helps me set goals from one class to the next. I love that after every class, I feel like I got a great workout. I also love the variety of each class, from the treadmill to the rower to the strength floor. Lastly, I love that I've lost almost 15 pounds since I signed up! Whoo hoo!

Trainers and the staff are amazing. They take the time to know their members by name which I appreciate. Music is great..workouts are challenging..gym is always clean. I hesitated a bit when it came to joining because their prices are higher than other gyms...but no regrets here. It is completely worth it!
