The coaches are fantastic and are extremely encouraging and are there to correct/coach any skill that you need help with. Kuk Sool Won in general is a martial art that is taught in a positive, family-friendly way that invites people of all ages to join. “Ok so first gym I have ever joined, I really enjoy working out here, every one is super nice. They have so many different machines and so far has not been super crowded and I come during the busiest times too. Always clean, staff is awesome and machines are kept in good working order. I was originally only gonna do the ten dollar membership but the hydro massage and the deep tissue massage chair totally sold me into getting the black card membership. The only thing that would make it into a 5 star review would be if they added a sauna room. Please add a SAUNA!”
