He asked about our sleep habits and educated us on mattress construction and then showed us his recommendations. They almost always have what I'm looking for, but if not they're always willing to order it for me. I've been in the store so much that dome of the staff know me by name or recognize me when I walk in and they always wave and are ready to assist. Great team. Pleasant atmosphere. He was able to diagnose the dryer issue which was actually the result of a mistake made by a former repairman from a 'well known' repair company.
