“I tried the lamb gyro and hummus. I really like their hummus. The quantity and quality is good. I am a low sodium eater. I found the gyro a little salty. I did not deduct a star because I did not request or inquire about the seasoning. My daughter loves the recipe. Just a caution for other low sodium folks. The serving was too big for me to finish. I'm guessing a hungry guy will be happy with the serving size. To my surprise come zero was available- yay. Tables were clean. Food arrived faster than the time I was quoted.”

The coaches are fantastic and are extremely encouraging and are there to correct/coach any skill that you need help with. The members are also wide-ranging of all different skill levels, but are all so encouraging no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new CrossFit home!”
