“It’s an older park but is well kept up & clean, reasonably priced, very safe, exceptionally quiet, many of the residents are hospitable, the manager is sincere, with a willingness to help. It has easy access to Hwy 146 or anywhere locally in Baytown. I would recommend Willow Creek RV Park to anyone who considering an overnight to a long term stays.”

At first I wasn't sure about live in a "trailer park" but it's the complete opposite of that. I've even driven through there at night its quiet..and the home are stunning i saw an older model and it was nice... I still plan on moving out there they just fill up really quickly.”

“The office staff are wonderful and the gentleman who takes care of the pool and laundry room/bathrooms is awesome and kind! The fishing pier is quite long! They even have a gazebo looking out on the ocean for residents to enjoy! Out of the city so you don’t have all of the noise and traffic, it’s very quiet here BUT it is very close to all the shopping in Baytown and very close to Kehma with wonderful restaurants and the Boardwalk!”

“I loved staying here! It was always quiet and peaceful. Although there's plenty of mosquitoes, roaches, squirrels and rodents. The roads has a bunch of pot holes. I really loved how a manager resides there and is always around when you need assistance. He is super kind and very helpful. I never had any problems with management or neighbors. Monthly rent is low priced. I highly recommend you stay here”
