“It is becoming more and more rare that companies truly prioritize customer service. I was having a terrible day. People make mistakes and car issues are rarely expected. We thought it was one issue but it turned out to be both front wheel bearings. I was having a bad customer service experience, partly because I have been taken advantage of and over charged from other mechanics in the past and it’s caused me to be distrustful. The manager at Discount Car Care Katy Mills called me and apologized. Right off the bat before asking me any questions. Just apologized for the fact that I was having a bad customer service experience. Then he went above and beyond to turn my experience into a positive one. Got parts delivered over a holiday weekend and got me back on the road asap. These guys are awesome! Highly recommend! Customer for life.”

But I found out that the owner Jose and Victor are very patient and walk me through the whole insurance claim and repair process. The whole shop is clean and organized. I was worried about they couldn’t find the right parts on time due to the supply chain issue. But Jose and his team was able to get all the parts needed within one week and complete the repair one day before the estimated completion date. And their price is transparent and reasonable. “Dr. Marshall was able to accommodate me right away and answered promptly to my request. I have been to previous chiropractors before and all I got was adjustments and a lot on pain afterwards. Dr. Marshall is very knowledgeable, has excellent side table manners, is easy to engage, talk to and understand. He fixed my throbbing pain in 1 hour and gave me exercises to do at home and recommendations on how to go about my gym regimen. Mind you I could barely sit down when I walked into his practice. He was also very courteous, I got body frame repaired as well as paint and the car looks great! Color is a perfect match! I would give 5 stars but communication was not the best between me and the female owner and that is a must when you have someone vehicle and cash was paid for services upfront. I'll admit the man owner her husband was pleasant. I thought she was when I paid her until she blocked my calls. I do recommend this company just be sure to be willing to wait a while for your vehicle to be finished as they have several vehicles and still accept more vehicles in the line up for services! “Dr. Nga Nguyen is both knowledgeable and professional. I went in for my yearly checkup and being a diabetic, sometimes it becomes tricky. However, Dr. Nguyen explained the relationships between diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol levels and caring for your eyes. I was blown away with all this information.
