“We called Vince and Eloisa from Home Team Roofing for an estimate on our house. They informed us that we should file a claim with our insurance company due to the amount of wind and hail damage. We filed the claim and they assured us that they would be there for us every step of the way and they were. We had two claims adjusters come to the house on two separate occasions and Vince and Eloisa were at our house both times meeting with the adjuster. The first adjuster was 2 hours late but they still waited. When the claim was approved Eloisa walked us through the paperwork and explained everything to us. Eloisa helped us get everything we wanted in a new roof. We were able to get the top of the line shingles, ventilation, mold resistance and more. When installation day came, Vince and his team were fast, efficient and clean. The roof was beautifully installed, the yard picked up and everything was taken care of. I cannot recommend Vince and Eloisa enough. Their professionalism and quality of work is top notch. They were always available through phone or text, answering questions or concerns. We loved working with them and highly recommend them.”
