I was newbie in real estate world. I think i came in contact with mike through zillow. He helped me in explanation of how the complete real estate process is. Google is a good source but not very streamlined.
Moreover mike helped me get documents on the lots we were interested in and he was quick! He tried to answer our questions as many as he could. I never hired any other real estate agent before but i think i got a good one in my first attempt for a land purchase.
