Never even asked for deposit. While there had a learning and in-depth conversation with Alonzo Mendez, Sales Manager about the pros of having Air Lifts installed on my RAM 1500. I got “squats” with my new trailer hooked to truck 🛻. Alonzo convinced me to get them done. Definitely will the next time I’m back in the Austin / Buda area. Great guys. Great Service. “My starter went out & I needed a tow. I have an older BMW, and she's pretty special to me. I had wanted her for 10 years before I finally got her! Summer of 2021, we were going down a highway one Saturday night and a herd of wild hogs crossed in front of us. She took the hit, killed 4 & came out with only cosmetic damage. She protected me like a champ! So I'm particular in her care. Nick, with Quantum towing, handled her with kid gloves! He was very professional and took his time, slowing guiding her into to flatbed. These guys are awesome and their price was very reasonable. He was here in a timely manner, & patiently waited for me to complete a business call. It was a pleasure doing business with you sir!”

“I don't have enough good things to sat about Custom Leisure products and the redwood soak/hot tub they designed, built, and installed for me. This tub has been a dream of mine for a long time, and I had a lot of ideas for exactly what I wanted. Owner Jim Callaway, who has been making these tubs for decades, helped me avoid so many mistakes and also helped design something that is better than I could have hoped for. His partner Trever did the install and is a true professional -- superb communicator, deep technical knowledge, and obsessed with making things perfect. If you've been looking for a tub like this, you might have run across Cedartubs.com and Snorkel -- or RH Tubs on the high end. Skip those and buy local. Custom Leisure's product is superior to RH Tubs, thousands of dollars less expensive, and without the lead time. I also *highly* recommend having Customer Leisure install it: While i think anyone handy (maybe extra-super handy) could spend a long weekend getting it set up, you'll save yourself many headaches. 10 stars if I could....Thank you Jim & Trevor. We have enjoyed this tub immensely every single night since you installed it.”
