The process was smooth she already had a paid funeral plan and it was explained fully to me in terms I understood. The funeral itself went well and the ladies in the office were helpful at getting my phone calls to the right person. The employees at the funeral, Wade and 2 other employees had everything ready and were very thoughtful and kind to everyone who came to the funeral.
