“Recently moved in and can say it's most likely the nicest and cleanest place I've ever lived. The ladies at the front are great and if there is an issue they are quick to remedy it. They are always smiling and offering suggestions about the area. Very dog friendly with a huge dog park which my pup loves. And I can't wait to take advantage of the resort style pool as it warms up, which features mini waterfalls (fixing the pump for it they said recently) and has plenty of space and seating. Those two amenities were the biggest selling points for me in addition to flexible lease terms and the stellar Google rating. Don was working the front room while also lending a hand to the guys in the shop as often as he could. “Highly recommend this place. Got two crested geckos and a tank built by the owner at a reasonable price. Tank came out perfect!! They always help me out when ever I got questions about my crested geckos. Definitely check these people out. Super friendly/helpful employees. Love this place a lot. “Delicious!! We had empanadas, blueberry muffin, and cream cheese filled croissant thing. It was all amazing! Great flavors, all served nice and warm! “I went into Money & More Pawn in Kyle, Texas today, to sell some of my miscellaneous small pieces of gold and silver jewelry. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. A young man, Hector, helped me with my sale...explaining the evaluating and selling process. I was very pleased with the ending cash-to-me results. While I waited on my jewelry to be evaluated, I took the time to look at the jewelry they had for sale and found a very pretty pinkie ring...which I bought at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be returning to this store to sell future items I have and/or buy something I might want/need.”

“At most places, it's 1 of 2 scenarios: A-it looks OK, then after it grows out a little it looks better. Or B-it looks good but the next day it looks totally different. Here, I am consistently in love with my haircut. Tiffany does such an amazing job and the shape seems to somehow look just as amazing even after my hair grows out. You can get a good haircut from a lot of places, but here you can get a superb one. I absolutely recommend!”

“I am a mobile mechanic and a few weeks ago I was hired by young lady to conduct a pre-purchase inspection on a used car she was thinking of purchasing from this establishment. If memory serves me, I believe it was a 2005 Honda CRV. She had informed me the salesman claimed to have done a number of repairs on the vehicle and that everything was in excellent working condition. So basically, she wanted a third party to verify these repairs and do a thorough check of the vehicle. The salesman did not know I was going to be accompanying her prior to our arrival. When we arrived the salesman was very welcoming and was not bothered by my presence one bit. This is not always my experience when doing these pre-purchase inspections. So right away I was getting a good feeling about the place. The salesman was kind enough to provide me with a list of all the repairs and I proceeded to thoroughly verify everything on the list. Not only were the repairs done correctly, they were done with quality OEM parts. Everything was exactly how he said it would be. The car had a few cosmetic blemishes but then again, it was 15 years old. Mechanically however, it was sound. It was obvious they thoroughly went through the vehicle and replaced anything that was questionable. I was also thoroughly impressed by the salesman‘s knowledge of the car as well as his general knowledge of the industry. That young lady by the way, got a really good deal and a fair price on a used car she could depend on. I gave that car and this establishment a big stamp of approval. The car industry can be shady sometimes. I know quality business practices when I see them and these guys will be around for a while. I would even refer my friends and family to them. I have absolutely no affiliation with them by the way. I just like to see good people running good businesses and treating good people fairly. Bravo C13 Motors👍🏼✊🏼”

“Zane and G were awesome! We had such a great experience. I bought the 4 event package and did the smash room (highly recommend getting the printer add on and bring any really big liquor bottles you want to smash!), painted, air soft and axe throwing. Super friendly and laid back. The decor is so fun with all the photo op areas and the tub full of video tape guts to play in. Highly recommended.”

“As a team (leasing, regional, and corporate managers), I do think Valiant Residential will do their best to hear you out and find the best solution. My maintenance requests are usually on the fly and I get a response somewhat immediately. I can express a concern in passing to leasing managers or maintenance and it will get attention. I do appreciate the gated community. As far as safety, it is a public space so be aware of your surroundings and make good choices. I do wish the maintenance of dogs was better from the residents, this is coming from a dog owner myself. There are a lot of families around here so we try to respect the volume of noise since children need sleep.”
