After getting a puppy, John was extremely helpful/knowledgeable about food choices without being pushy or rushing us on the switch. Got a second dog later and we’ve gotten both their leashes and collars and toys here and it seems like there’s always something new to check out which is so enriching. His wife is also very kind and helped us with the collars and leashes. Also very generous with samples for us to help make the food switch with our cats as well. They really know what they’re talking about and we appreciate it!”

“We are first time gate owners, and wanted to make some enhancements to our entry and exit. Specifically, we wanted to move the entry keypad to make it easier for visitors. And, we wanted to install a sensor so the gate would automatically open upon exit. Todd from YCO came out and gave us some extremely practical advice on our requests. We ended up doing a slimmed down version, as he pointed out some hidden consequences of our original plan. Todd could have easily sold us the more expensive work - the fact that he didn't gave me great trust. YCO came out a few days later and completed the work flawlessly, at the lower end of the price range they quoted. We are extremely happy with their work.”

“I did not have high expectations for an outdoor bathroom. I have two small kids and was not looking forward to it. However, I was pleasantly surprised when we went into the restrooms. There was toilet paper, the floors were clean, and I felt like it was very well maintained. When we went inside I also was very pleased by the kind older gentleman behind the counter. We bought a frozen drink to share between my two kids. He let me get an extra cup that we could split it in. When I was having difficulty getting it in the other cup he told me to go fill it a little bit with the drink. He was very kind and made a quick trip very pleasant. Definitely would be back!
