After getting a puppy, John was extremely helpful/knowledgeable about food choices without being pushy or rushing us on the switch. Got a second dog later and we’ve gotten both their leashes and collars and toys here and it seems like there’s always something new to check out which is so enriching. His wife is also very kind and helped us with the collars and leashes. Also very generous with samples for us to help make the food switch with our cats as well. “I had total knee replacement last October and have traveled to Florence in May and San Miguel de Allende in July, both walking cities, and walked for days without a single ache. Tiffany and her staff at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists worked closely with Dr. Crum, and had me off and running in no time. They made PT fun and were so encouraging about my progress. “We are first time gate owners, and wanted to make some enhancements to our entry and exit. Specifically, we wanted to move the entry keypad to make it easier for visitors. And, we wanted to install a sensor so the gate would automatically open upon exit. Todd from YCO came out and gave us some extremely practical advice on our requests. We ended up doing a slimmed down version, as he pointed out some hidden consequences of our original plan. Todd could have easily sold us the more expensive work - the fact that he didn't gave me great trust. YCO came out a few days later and completed the work flawlessly, at the lower end of the price range they quoted. We are extremely happy with their work.”

“6-7 tenders, fries, gravy, roll, and beverage is $16 - which is crazy imo! But for tenders they are top two restaurants in town for fried chicken. I love the yeast rolls, fries are good too although can be cold as they tend to leave them out too long. Beyond being pricey, it could use a bit more attention to cleanliness as there are always flies near the beverage machine”

“Precinct 4 has the most amazing guys on their team. My boyfriend’s cat, who has severe behavioral issues got stuck on the roof of his apartment complex and was becoming dehydrated from the heat, so I had to call the fire department to help get him down. He is an indoor cat and has no idea how to navigate the outside world. They did an amazing job getting the cat down and helping me secure him in the apartment. I can’t believe I was the lady that had to call to save a cat, but it gives me great comfort that such great men are serving our city.”

“I have lived at hillside for a little over two years and now I’m about to graduate. I have absolutely loved living here! Maintenance is great, the community is great, and the apartments are comfortable! I started TXST during covid so it was hard to make friends. All the friends I’ve made here at TXST have been at hillside. One of my favorite things about hillside is the spring lake natural reserve area right behind it. I walk my dog every day there. It’s a beautiful reserve! I deduct a star because hillside has pretty bad internet, and on the cottages side the parking is pretty crummy. I ended up paying for my own internet monthly because I stream a lot and do some gaming. Pros: Great community Excellent maintenance staff Easy to make friends with neighbors Comfortable apartment with decent appliances Bus route right across the street (1 min walk from my apt) Cons: Bad parking Bad free internet”

They had a cancellation and quickly moved me into rotation and scheduled an extraction. Doctor called next day to check how I was feeling (can’t remember the last time this happened). Prices seem fair (avg) given quality service. They did suggest a bone graft after extraction which I agreed and paid for as this seemed prudent at the time (+$275).”

I appreciate that he was understanding about the routing of the conduit so as to not create any eyesores on the house. In particular, I found our original communications to be extremely efficient and clear. He provided windows of time when he was available for calls, and we were able to video conference from my phone to plan out the conduit path in advance of them showing up for the install.
