“I was greated at the door when I walked in. I gave the information I was looking for and was given directions to where I needed to go. I was given time to look over several theater type recliners till I found what I was looking for. I just didn't like the one on the floor color. The sales agent gave me a swatch book and time to sort through. I found what I liked and the sale was completed in about 15 minutes. They really make it easy to find what you want without chasing you around the store ushering you into a different direction. I recommend this store to anyone wanting a no hassle buying experience. “Found awesome deals and boots for my husband and myself. Fantastic service from the team of Carmen, Weslyn and Calista. I was sad to hear they are closing but the San Antonio stores will stay open. They make Vaccari boots which I had been familiar with a pair of Python boots so I knew their quality and lower prices from buying direct versus other brands of similar quality. We found so many great deals on Alligator head, alligator and caiman tail, shark and smooth stingray! They also had deals on Black Jack boots for about 1/4 of the prices from other stores.
