“ive had a great experience living at the grove for the past 3 months! there's always parking, maintenance and staff handle business respectfully with residents. it is a relatively quiet location off campus, compared to other apartments, and offers great rates. although I have heard of many people having problems with the complex, it is only because the residents do not treat the place with respect by cleaning up after themselves. the staff is A1!”

“We loved our stay at Cypress Creek Cottages. We chose Orange #3, which is not on the creek, but the bedroom opens to a generously sized private hot tub. The king sized bed was super comfy, not too soft and not too firm. The place was spotlessly clean and super cute inside. We loved opening the blinds on the side wall of the house that look over nothing but trees. It was the relaxing getaway we needed and we will return! Great value, too!”

Yesterday my purse got stolen along with cash and all my keys. I lost my front door, back door, and bedroom key and instead of charging me the fees as it states in the lease, the girl at the front desk was very understanding and gave me all new keys for free. She was very sweet and helpful :)”

“The pictures do not do these cabins justice! The beds were 5 star & so comfy. Brought my mom for 2 nights celebrate her birthday weekend. Weather was a little cold which was perfect! There was a firepit behind our cabin, but no instructions if we were allowed to light or if they came to do- that’s only complaint. Also, coffee could use more creamer & sugar for a 2 night stay, but these are little things. We loved it & will be back.”

“Recently moved in and can say it's most likely the nicest and cleanest place I've ever lived. The ladies at the front are great and if there is an issue they are quick to remedy it. They are always smiling and offering suggestions about the area. Very dog friendly with a huge dog park which my pup loves. And I can't wait to take advantage of the resort style pool as it warms up, which features mini waterfalls (fixing the pump for it they said recently) and has plenty of space and seating. Those two amenities were the biggest selling points for me in addition to flexible lease terms and the stellar Google rating. Attached a sunset photo I took at move in from my balcony that overlooks the golf course. Here's hoping things stay as great as they seem so far!”

“I picked up an order my wife placed via the app and when I arrived I waited on one of the benches up front. I picked up my order went home and the next day a woman came to my house, with my wallet in hand. She told me she was an employee at Sonic and I had left it on the bench while waiting. I don't have to tell you how extraordinary this is, especially when you consider all of the contents were there, including around $55. I failed to ask her name as I was trying to gather my thoughts, but whomever you are, know that you saved me at least a day of anxiety and panic! There are still good people out there, be sure to praise them and God whenever the chance presents itself.”

“Wonderful. Fantastic. We enjoyed Arbor Creek so much that we extended our stay. So quiet peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub and fire pit are great. We like the pool but it is too cold to swim in. There is not a dishwasher so we ate out a lot but did grill one night. Lot of nice amenities. Great place we look forward to staying again. The deer were awesome to see so many. So cute.”
