“First time here this past Sunday, celebrating our oldest daughter's recent birthday. We had a very enjoyable experience for Sunday brunch. We were seated after a short wait, had great table service, and all the food was excellent with great presentation. We observed a lot of the other plates and drinks going to others around us and all of it looked good. On Sundays they only use their brunch menu vice the full one, but there was plenty to choose from and all sounded great. Three of us had the chicken and waffles with an unusual made-in-house sorghum-based syrup. Very good, and different. My wife had the triple scoop salad, choosing three different salads. She said they were all really good. The venue itself was great. We chose to stay inside due to the heat, but they have a nice deck looking out onto the trees toward Cypress Creek. They had misters going, and there was a breeze, so probably would have been okay, but will give it a try in the fall when temps a bit more moderate. We definitely will come back and try other items on the menu. Great first time visit.”

“Excellent rapid response- I had a dental emergency (recent root canal wisdom w/o proper crown was split the day before after 4pm). They had a cancellation and quickly moved me into rotation and scheduled an extraction. Doctor called next day to check how I was feeling (can’t remember the last time this happened). Prices seem fair (avg) given quality service. They did suggest a bone graft after extraction which I agreed and paid for as this seemed prudent at the time (+$275).”

“Edit/update (listed below this first review from 4 months ago). - Had a break in my necklace and afraid to lose my cross, so I called up the store, spoke to a wonderful lady named Karen and went in a few hours later to get my broken necklace replaced. The store is SO welcoming, beautiful with so much natural light. I got to meet Karen and another lady (sorry, dont remember her name but also VERY nice) helped me. Just overall, a wonderful experience and feeling so relieved that my necklace can be replaced so quickly at such an affordable price! So happy, this store opened up in our "backyard". EDIT / update: New Necklace that I swapped out with old one (that broke 4 months ago), ALSO broke LAST MONTH (link in the middle of the chain snapped). I wear it daily (never take it off, am not "rough" with it either). Last (original) necklace was worn daily for 20 years and finally broke in 1 spot 4 months ago). Now, the "new" replacement necklace from 4 months ago breaks (and also has 3-4 links that are worn down and "about to break" (lady at store told me). I was SHOCKED and had to upgrade to a tough/thicker chain so it (hopefully) doesnt break like the last one! I am wondering if the quality on the chains have gone down or perhaps Jesus was protecting me and I was meant to have my chain break several times over the last 4 months? I guess God works in mysterious ways I suppose. Either way, all of you should get your James Avery necklaces checked out by the ladies at the store to see if your have worn areas and/or parts of your chain that are about to "break" (like mine). You can swap out your existing chains to replace the same style/size for half the price (its a pretty good deal). The ladies at the store are VERY nice, polite and attentive to detail.”

“I started going here to deal with psoriatric arthritis pain in my wrist and fingers in both hands. I was not sure how much pain could be relieved because the autoimmune arthritis was still flaring up some - especially in my wrists and right hand. I But, after five visits and multiple different exercises and physical therapy sessions, my finger, back of hand, and wrist pain has dropped significantly. My hands are now close to 90% functional. From a peak pain level of 8 to 9 out of 10 in stressful hand/wrist use, my pain level is now down to 2 to 3 in stressful use. I have been discharged and I will continue the latest round of exercises which have helped almost completely get rid of some of the last back of hand and finger tendon pain.”

“We had a fantastic experience with American Water. Starting with Jason Hamilton who was our sales rep! He came out to our home for our consultation in the late afternoon traffic to accommodate our schedule. He was very knowledgeable on the products answering our MANY questions and very friendly during the whole appointment, even though it ran late, and we confirmed we would not be ready to purchase for a few months. He put not pressure on us to buy at all and ensured sure when we were ready, we'd would be getting the best product for our home. We decided about 6 weeks later that we wanted to move forward and called Jason. At that time, he reviewed our initial offer and was able to upgrade us to an even better system (that wasn't available during our initial consultation) AND was able to get it for us for $400 cheaper by reviewing the current deals they were running. AMAZING customer service! We got our water softener installed the following week with representative Frank. Frank did a fantastic job! He kept me informed through the whole process, also double checking our water was hooked up correctly as well in every room. He thoroughly explained how the product worked, noted problems to watch out for, and how to operate the water softener if any issues should arrive. He was very professional and friendly through the whole installation. I appreciate that he was understanding about the routing of the conduit so as to not create any eyesores on the house. In particular, I found our original communications to be extremely efficient and clear. He provided windows of time when he was available for calls, and we were able to video conference from my phone to plan out the conduit path in advance of them showing up for the install. Breakfast is great and if anything is ever empty, the desk clerk or owners stop what they are doing immediately to go and refill. The rooms I have stayed in have been very comfortable and if there has ever been any issue with the room, the staff is quick to respond.
