Burleson Nissan Service Department

Ordered a part and called to see if it arrived. Went to get part at counter and was told to go to service center. After waiting there was asked what I needed and they tried to send me back to Parts. Finally received part and an explanation that they thought I was trying to pickup a car instead of listening when I told them I was here to pick up cargo net. I would recommend not going during lunch as they are concentrating on their food more than the person at the counter.

Burleson Nissan has always taken great care of my vehicle. Their customer service is top notch, and the management there is welcoming.

Nice people. Tad, Ryan, CICI and my finance guy from Louisiana (forgot name sorry) all were very nice. Helped my family in a major time of need. Enough said. 💪❤️
