(May 13, 2022, 3:49 pm)From start to finish, Rockwater was responsive, friendly, efficient and did not stop until the job was done. When our old water heater did not want to cooperate, our technician (Derick) kept us updated and presented options throughout the process. The replacement part did not address the problem and they applied the cost of this part toward a new water heater. When we decided to go this route, Derick immediately located a new system and swapped out the systems that day (even though it was already late in the day). I normally do not leave reviews — I was just particularly impressed with their technical support and customer service.
(April 25, 2022, 2:41 pm)My shower and toilet were backed up due to old pipes with roots growing in them. Joseph showed up, quickly identified the issue and gave me my options to fix the issues. Turns out that my sewer lines need additional attention and will require more extensive work. Joseph clearly explained the problem and outlined the remedy. He was able to get my toilet and shower functioning until they return to complete the larger job. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Plumbing issues are extremely stressful. Joseph and Rockwater Plumbing eased my mind and have given me concrete solutions at more than reasonable prices. They are my go-to plumbers from now on. Definitely recommend.
(September 10, 2021, 7:26 pm)Extremely happy with the service. Showed up on time as promised. The technician Joseph was very knowledgeable, good at problem solving and answered all my questions. Very happy with the speed of the process from online research to installation just in a few hours, Joseph showed up promptly to troubleshoot resolve an issue with hot water next day after the installation, great customer satisfaction, highly recommended !
