“I needed to change my transmission fluid on my Miata and I would've done it myself but the car sits too low so I needed a shop to do it but they were trying to charge an exorbitant amount of money just to change the fluid. I found this place on Google and called to see if they only work on Diesels and they work on all vehicles! Othon got me taken care of same day and only charged me a fraction for the labor! “Phil is the owner and his work is the best around. He is honest and fare and doesn't tell you things need to be fixed unless they actually do! No gimmicks, no hard selling! He is always straight forward! He is our families go to mechanic and we have worked with him for years and he's always fixed everything we have ever brought to him at a fare price. The man has many years of experience and he is a tell it like it Is type of guy even with things that you might not want to hear. “If you haven't done business with John in a while, you might want to give him a try again. I purchased a brake booster from DAP a few years ago and it recently failed. I boxed it up, sent it back to John, and a few days later a warranty replacement showed up at my house. Whatever John is doing now, he is getting stuff out the door quicker than he has in the past. I purchased a set of rebuilt calipers from John last year as well. They shipped fast as well. I recommend communicating with John by email. He has a lot going on and email seems to be the easiest way to keep in touch. Thanks for taking care of that brake booster for me!”

“In a world where quality and value do not normally go hand-in-hand, it does at Cole Automotive. Had a dent in my front bumper, some related grill worked needed, door dings in both sides, and dent in rear tailgate most shops didn't want to mess with. They gave me a fair quote, an option to drop off whenever, and a timeline on completion. Since I do not live in the area (I live over 200 mi away and yes, it was worth it), I needed their timeline to be accurate as I had to rent a car to drop and pick up. Work was flawless and on time. “I rode on my motorcycle from Austin to Forney to visit my son. Before I got to Forney apparently I caught a small rock in the radiator and developed a leak. I was unable to find a replacement so I called Forney radiator to ask them if they fixed motorcycle radiators. They said yes and I was skeptical. Took the radiator off took it to the shop and they had the radiator fixed within 30 minutes and only charged me $50. On top of that they had a 3-day backup but since I was on a trip they got me right in. Highly recommended. Friendly and knowledgeable and just straight up good people.”

They really hit it spot on with the design! The colors I wanted were not available, so they workshoped it for me and it came out looking better than I could of ever imagined. “I took my newly purchased used Mustang GT in to Precision Mustang for its first major installation of gears, struts, shocks, springs, fog lights, diff rebuild, and some other misc parts. I had called and spoke to Noah several times leading up to the installation and he was always professional and was also very accurate with his quote which was extremely fair for the work involved. The install was completed very promptly and I had the car back the same day, despite the fact that they were obviously busy. Despite the quick install, everything was done perfectly. No gear whine, no clunking from the suspension, fog lights wired correctly, etc. I will be taking the GT back to Precision for the life of the car, without hesitation, for everything from a simple cosmetic install to its eventual supercharger. “If i had a choice, and I do, between O'Reilly's and Auto Zone, it would be O'Reilly's every time. The majority of the folks that I have dealt with here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have had one ot two that just seemed to be put out by my requests, but they could have just been having a bad day. This last time, I went in to have a check engine light come on and asked of they could test it. The guy agreed and had a code in less than a minute. When he came out and I turned on the vehicle he said it smelled like I was running rich and he eas pretty much right on the money. I asked if we could go in and find out what a new O2 sensor would run me and he gave me a quote, but said it was about the price that a "shop" would charge me. I was a little shocked that he didn't try to sell me the part, but if they didn't want my money I could take it somewhere else.”
