“I have such a HATE/LOVE with this place. :) I love the way that I feel after and it is amazing how caring and compassionate everyone is. You feel like you are apart of their family even when you are just visiting. I was able to drop in with a friend to try cross fit out and the coach was a tough (younger gorgeous dark blonde with the most amazing legs and the best personality) beast of a coach who helped me with movements that do not come natural to me. I typically go afterhours and never have an issue with people or machines. My biggest gripe is I just wish they had a 45 degree leg press machine. That'd bring this place to five stars.”
