They are very friendly and helpful. Lisa, the respiratory therapist, goes out of her way to make sure customers are satisfied. It is easy to do business with the Lubbock office.
This company is unbelievably caring. My father in law was at home dying with lung cancer. The people at aero care were so completely compassionate. We had trouble with his oxygen machine and Hayden was dispatched to us around midnight. He was here within 30 minutes to replace the oxygen machine. The folks at aero care are amazing.
My experience with Lisa, the Respiratory Therapist was great. She took the time to explain all details of the equipment that was required to address my needs, including trying several different masks to help make me more comfortable. The AeroCare office in Lubbock offers a great DME service and their Customer Service was awesome, Jessica did a great job explaining what to expect. I will continue to use and would recommend AeroCare for all your medical equipment needs.
I highly recommend you go to Lubbock and ask for Lisa! Starting out with a sleep machine is very intimidating and daunting. Lisa broke down the details and experience into layman's terms. She helped me choose the perfect mask and I couldn't be happier! Professional and VERY caring!
