“I saw Dr Welch for the first time. I had been experiencing a lot of pain in a tooth for several months. I figured it would lead to a root canal and sure enough it did. Dr Welch did an amazing job in a very timely manner. It was nice to go to the dentist for a treatment and not be there a half a day. Dr Welch was professional and explained the xray findings in depth and also explained the root canal procedure. He answered all of my questions which helped with my anxiety. “We walked in with my teenage daughter's prescription in hand (she used our insurance on her contacts and we needed some cheap backup glasses), we were able to find some really cute frames with the blue light filter on the lenses (we all know how much teens stare at screens now days), with a 1 year warranty, all for around $150. “I have seen Dr. Hale for years. He and his staff have always taken excellent care of me. I love that they can do bloodwork and certain labs right there in office and I don't have to drive all over the place to various places to get things done. He always prescribes me meds that are generic brand and typically don't cost me anything, which I am grateful for. He is experienced, keeps my appointment times very close to schedule (which seems rare) and is quick and to the point without sacrificing bedside manner, thoroughness and always addressing every issue with care. Through multiple insurance changes, they have been so accommodating, helpful and timely. The most recent insurance update requires a referral from my PCP (Dr. Hale) for any appointment. Since I have already been to see some specialists, he has worked hard to make it work and refer me to my providers of choice, when possible. This morning I had an appointment scheduled to see a provider who I have been seeing for a couple of years. I remembered at the last minute that I had neglected to obtain a referral beforehand. I called Dr. Hale's office 3-4 times, and they immediately worked to get an approved referral faxed over so I could be seen for my appointment without having reschedule, and it was such a blessing. On top of that, they were very kind and compassionate, when I'm sure it would have been easy to be annoyed at my mistake and urgent need. SO SO thankful I can trust Dr. Hale and his team!”

The staff are so sweet and very easy to work with! I’ve attended a couple of events here between weddings and a foster care event, and have been blown away by their customer service and attention to detail every time. If I were to do everything over again, I would have had my wedding here as well. Gorgeous place, precious staff!”
