“If you are looking for a laid back Sunday snack place, this is the place for you! Located in the outskirts of Castroville along Hwy 90, Mr. Penguin offers a great variety of snacks. From Elote en vaso, to mangonadas, rusas and so much more! We had banana splits, to which we got to choose the flavor of the ice cream. The bananas were nice and fresh! We left with a rusa to go, and the flavor was just on point! There is a seating area to enjoy your snacks. Lovely place for a Sunday snack!”

“I have used this facility for both RV storage and a traditional storage unit. The main reason I have and will continue to use them is they have 24/7 security that roams the facility and is highly attentive to all individuals who enter and exit the grounds. I have talked with all of the security officers and they are all extremely friendly and helpful. San Antonio consistently has storage units burglarized and being that I am leaving for a year I cannot check on my unit regularly. I feel my property is safe at this facility and I have no concerns of it being burglarized. Also, one time I accidentally left a door open on my RV and the security immediately noticed it after I left, secured the door, and notified me the following day which was awesome. Great facility if the security of your property is important to you.”

“The catfish is absolutely delicious. Fries, hush puppies and coleslaw were all good as well. The tarter sauce was delicious too. Reminds me so much of my favorite restaurant back home. I was quite disappointed that they didn't give me my 3rd catfish strip. I ordered a 3 piece fish basket, but when I got home I only had 2 pieces. Other than that, I have no complaints! Great food and friendly staff 👍🏽”

“Several good things about North Park Chevrolet in Castroville. 1. Excellent trade and deal for trading in my 2020 Tundra for a 2022 Trail Boss. The team of Harrison Vaughn (General Manager) and Chuck Huffman (sales) knocked it out of the park. This was my first purchase here and I plan on coming back. 2. Ordered a Ranch Hand grill guard for the new truck through the dealership. Benny in parts kept me posted on its order status and made arrangements for it to be installed in a timely manner that fit my work schedule. Very much appreciated. 3. Giant "kudos" to Harrison Vaughn and the dealership for providing a shuttle service for customers. Due to the shuttle service I didn't have to take off any work time in getting my grill guard installed. I know nothing is "free" so I appreciate Harrison putting out the budget to make this happen. 3a. The shuttle driver, Aaron, was a really professional and enjoyable person to be around. He is a "get things done right" kind of guy who got me where I needed to when I needed to. Excellent driver as well (my background is military and LE so I'm not usually comfortable with other people driving). Hat's off to Aaron. 4. “I have to commend this staff for their compassion and care of my brother. Granted, all facilities are short but they care for each of their Residents with care and dignity in spite of shortages. I have never heard one staff complain about being short and my brother has never looked better. Angela his primary nurse is awesome. Naomi one of the CNA’s understands him and gives great care. The facility is always clean - no smell and other Residents look good. The building may not have have some amenities as others but truly a 5star building.”
