When an expected fabric back order from the manufacturer caused my custom-ordered sofa to be delayed (and with a big party at my house looming), Todd and Susan did everything in their power to eliminate my stress. They sent pictures of several sofas from the store, so that I could choose a "loaner sofa", which they delivered and set up with great care two days before my party, allowing me to maximize seating. They even stored my old, smaller sofa until my new one arrives! In an era where wonderful customer service, integrity and attention to detail seems to be on the decline, Bartholet SHINES!!
