  Had a badly clogged kitchen sink for a couple of days. I called Maddox Plumbing Services and they were able to send a technician, Jason, within an hour. He was able to fix and unclog my kitchen sink, he even stayed to let the sink fill a couple of times to make sure everything was fine. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and give me some great tips. Overall a wonderful experience with Brian and Maddox Plumbing Services!

  Had such an amazing experience with Maddox Plumbing Services! Brian and his team at made a stressful combination plumbing/septic system/flood issue so much better. They were calm, confident, organized and clearly explained what they found, potential causes, potential solutions and why they believed that the solution would fix our issues. Very hard workers, definitely know their craft and take pride in their work. Highly recommend them!

  Brian arrived promptly. He did thorough evaluation of my plumbing issues and explained exactly what the problems were and how he was going to fix them. Before commencing the work he gave me the cost of the service and then very efficiently completed the job. I am very satisfied and pleased. I would highly recommend his work unreservedly!

  Fantastic service, quality repairs, I just can't speak highly enough of my visit today. Jason was extremely knowledgeable yet remedial with his delivery since I knew nothing technical. I felt extremely comfortable with the process, pricing, and overall had one of the best customer services experiences I have had with any in home profession. I will be a customer for life and thanks for saving the day.

  I would highly recommend Maddox Plumbing Services. I contacted Brian, he addressed an emergency plumbing situation that I had. He rushed out to get the part needed to do the repair after a quick evaluation of the situation. They were very courteous, professional, and did an EXCELLENT job on the repair. The entire process took less than 2 hours. They are the only ones that I will trust to come in to do high quality work at a reasonable price from now on.
