The original inspection, meeting our adjuster, going over everything from what to expect and how it works, just wonderful. Communication is huge with me and he far exceeded my expectations of a contractor. The day before our roof was being replaced he told us his crew would be there at 6:30 in the morning and to please have the driveway cleared. Right on time!! The crew showed up at 6:29 in the morning and immediately got to work. They worked hard, fast, and they have a wonderful system. Derek even stopped by to make sure everything was going well. From start to finish, 100% satisfaction. I will recommend and use them again should I (hopefully never 🤪) ever need a roof.”

We were provided suggestions and samples of the shingles and colors we could choose from. All materials were delivered on time and the work began on the scheduled day and the exact time. “Recently had them reroof my home. A.T. stopped by my house, noticing the tarp I had put up to prevent a couple minor leaks on my roof that was in need of reshingling. They offered a quote that was fair and promptly did the work. There was one little snag where a small repair to my decking that I was told would be done was not done. However, I was contacted by A.T. the superintendent that day. I didn't even have to inform him the repair wasn't done, as he had already been by and noticed. He assured me that he would have them come out and fix it asap, and they did a couple days later. I appreciated him wanting to make sure I was satisfied and other than that issue the work was performed quickly and well.”

“We were unaware that we had significant damage to our roof following the April, 2015 hailstorm that hit The Woodlands. Then we noticed many neighbors replacing their roofs and began to wonder. I asked a friend (who lives a mile or so away) who they had recently used to replace their roof and she was very excited to share the name of a roofing company called Gulf South Roofing and Solar. She indicated that many people on their street and in their subdivision had used this roofing company and were very pleased with their meticulous work. My friend is a decorator and routinely works with contractors and can quickly differentiate the quality contractors from the substandard workers. She reiterated that we would not be dissatisfied. We invited them to visit at the same time our insurance representative surveyed the damage. The agent quickly determined that we did indeed need a new roof and so we hired them to complete the work. They were very professional, personable, patient with shingle selection, and quick to get the job started and completed. The most impressionable part of the whole process was that the owners were on site a good majority of the time overseeing the quality of the work being performed and they left the property tidier than they found it. Clearly, this company prides themselves in customer satisfaction and I am completely confident that they would stand behind the job that they have done.
