“Leisure Lane Magnolia is a great RV resort. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and we love the clubhouse! We spent many an evening in the plush community room watching TV or playing one of the many board games available. The gym is fantastic and we definitely had a great time in the game room. The shower and bathrooms are spotless and top notch! The laundry facilities being in the clubhouse building is such a bonus, as it is convenient to relax on the sofa and read or shower while the laundry is going. The office staff are all so helpful and nice. We were impressed with the community feel of the resort. We did not meet and unpleasant people and our neighbors were respectful and responsible with their space. We felt safe with the private gated entrance and enjoy getting our mail to a private mailbox on site or to our doorstep. The outdoor barbecue area is a dream and the pool is beautiful. The pool is not heated, so we did not get a chance to swim. The small pond with the relaxing water fountain was superb. There is a ample dog park and plenty of parking. We definitely would not hesitate to stay at Leisure Lane Magnolia RV Resort and have recommended it to our family, friends, and RV community members.”

“Not a resort, but a family. It's like cheers, "where everybody knows your name". Reasonable prices, small community, owner lives on site. Laundry, Free WiFi, full hook up sites, wood decks, large dog run. Outstanding outdoor kitchen. You don't have to worry about disruptive, unsavory neighbors because they are required to leave. This park is secluded, yet close to everything, including outstanding medical care. As full-timers, we spend a few months here each winter and it's always like coming home.”

“I LIVE AT MAGNOLIA OAKS RV PARK. THE PARK HAS A SMALL VILLAGE FEEL ABOUT IT, ALL RETIRED OR OLDER PEOPLE, WELL MAINTAINED AND THE RATES ARE GREAT. OWNERS ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE , PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY, BUT NOT MEDALSOM. THERE ARE BATH HOUSES AND LAUNDROMAT ON SITE. JUST LOVELY.”

“Jason, the new management is really cleaning up the place!! We stayed here 2 weeks and saw a change just in that short time. The community feeling here is nice, the full timers were nice and visited with us and made us feel comfortable there! Everyone keeps a watch out for each other here. The laundry room is nice with several new washers and dryers. A free ice machine was a nice amenity! The restrooms were being cleaned and redone as we left. Nice to see someone come in and care and make the place nice! The pool looked nice and clean although we did not use it, out of season. A basketball goal and play area for the kids to gather was also a nice plus. We will definitely come back when working in the area! The cost was also exceptional!! Very inexpensive!! Thank you Jason for a nice stay!”

“This place is peaceful and serene. It is small but enjoyable since there's a ranch behind with horses and chickens. This reminds me of my sister's ranch. The manager, Steve, is very attentive and helpful. There are many rules here, but, mainly to protect its occupants. I recommend this place to retirees, if we ever have a spot.”

“First off I just want to say that you can't always trust everything you read on line. When looking for a place 4 months ago I too read reviews on this community they were awful and I was very unsure as to rather I wanted to live here with my children.. but.... When coming to see for my self I realized that this community is not what was precived about it.... When I move in October first my home was ready to go... Everything was fixed with the exception of a few things.. when I placed a work order the maintenance men Timand the other gentleman sorry I forgot his name they were at my house fixing everything that needed to be fixed. They're very dedicated and making sure that people have a nice home to live in. My the manager here Stephanie has completely turn this place around she is one of the sweetest people that I've probably ever met. She's always been there even when I'm struggling through a very hard situation. She keeps this place very well up kept. As far as Nancy who is like the head person here people made her out to be the worst person on the planet and this is NOT TRUE! I have seen her putting together things for the children to do for holidays, buying decorations to make this place look beautiful.. She is a very sweet person... And I resent what I have heard people saying about her or anyone else who now works here.. but I get it someone has to be the bad guy because people don't follow rules or pay there bills but she is not a horrible person... This is our home and our community and if you believe all the bad reviews your gonna miss out on a wonderful place to stay!!!! December 2018”
