“We were unaware that we had significant damage to our roof following the April, 2015 hailstorm that hit The Woodlands. Then we noticed many neighbors replacing their roofs and began to wonder. I asked a friend (who lives a mile or so away) who they had recently used to replace their roof and she was very excited to share the name of a roofing company called Gulf South Roofing and Solar. She indicated that many people on their street and in their subdivision had used this roofing company and were very pleased with their meticulous work. My friend is a decorator and routinely works with contractors and can quickly differentiate the quality contractors from the substandard workers. She reiterated that we would not be dissatisfied. We invited them to visit at the same time our insurance representative surveyed the damage. The agent quickly determined that we did indeed need a new roof and so we hired them to complete the work. They were very professional, personable, patient with shingle selection, and quick to get the job started and completed. The most impressionable part of the whole process was that the owners were on site a good majority of the time overseeing the quality of the work being performed and they left the property tidier than they found it. Clearly, this company prides themselves in customer satisfaction and I am completely confident that they would stand behind the job that they have done.
