“Wonderful experience as usual. I love this Sam's Club. The staff is always incredibly helpful, courteous and they always go the extra mile for their customers. Tonight, I left my Sam's Plus membership card and had to make all of my purchases at the customer service desk. Denise, who I actually thought was a manager, went out of her way to assist me. I thought she was a manager because she wasn't wearing a vest, but, it turns out she was a marketing rep in the store. She was so pleasant, courteous and patient with this purchase.
