“I was having severe pain in my shoulder. Had tried to get a hold of my primary care doctor for two days with no luck. Went to urgent care and they told me they couldn’t do anything and said I should try the ER. When I got here my pain was unbearable. I was frustrated and ready to just give up. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Gail, the RN who was triaging me was super funny and very understanding. Dr. Duchamp listened to what I had to say and was very thorough with her questions. I left feeling much better and with a plan to get my pain under control. They both took the time to make us feel like they cared about the issues I was having and helped to get them resolved. I know it’s their job to do that but I still feel like they went above and beyond. Hope I don’t have to go back to the ER anytime soon but if I do I hope I’m able to go here.”

“I need to start this review by saying that, I never write reviews. Bad or good. Sometimes people just have a bad day, so I give them the benefit of the doubt, and besides, writing an angry review isn't going to make me feel any better. Yesterday, I had a bad day. Both my wife and I had minimal sleep as our 5 month old just wouldn't stay asleep. My wife's intuition was to make an appointment because she suspected an ear infection. So I called on my way to work and got a SAME DAY appointment with Dr. Lynch at 4:30pm. Anyone who has gone through urgent care knows how valuable that was. So I leave work early to pick up my son from day care and take him to his appointment. There is an accident on the 45 feeder road, a standard slow moving long train on Rayford, AND when I got to his school they were feeding him (even though I told them to feed him earlier). Needless to say, I was late by about 15 minutes. I called ahead to tell them I would be and Julie was very understanding. When I arrived, another front desk staff member had started to tell me that I was beyond the 4:45pm cutoff time, and that I could be seen tomorrow. She was unaware that I had called and spoke to Julie before hand. Julie stepped in to make sure that I was taken care of, followed by Virginia, the clinic manager, explaining to me that recently they had put a hard stop on appointments at 4:45pm but that the clinic is understanding that Houston traffic is... Houston traffic! My son and I were taken back and seen right away after that. Every single staff member there was understanding and willing to help. Dr. Lynch was awesome and even at the end of the day took time to check my son up and down. And sure enough, mommy's intuition was right... an ear infection! My whole process was done and over with within 30 minutes. I cannot thank the entire staff there for their compassion and understanding that sometimes, luck just isn't on your side. Both my wife and I work in health care and this type of CUSTOMER SERVICE (it is a business after all) is what keeps patients happy. We've been in and out of those doors more than I would like for my kids to have to be, and every time we are pleased with our experience. This particular one, definitely made my day though. Thank you all!”

“I searched for a female Dr. for my four Granddaughters, after their Father was told to never bring the girls back to their original Pediatrician. The Harmony location was perfect and so was Dr. Crystal Broussard. My Son and I liked Dr. Crystal so much that we asked to see her as our Dr. as well. We absolutely love everything about her and she literally saved my 17 year old Granddaughters life. “I was very pleasantly surprised by this dentist. I’ve had dental issues all my life and so I pretty much hate all dentists and can usually predict exactly how horribly each visit is going to go. But I have found myself so impressed with this office over and over again. I was having pain in a tooth that I’d just recently had worked on at another location so insurance wasn’t ready to pay for more work on the same tooth. Dr. Alexander ended up saving me hundreds of dollars on my crown by making a few phone calls for me (which she didn’t have to do, but I am so thankful that she did). Then she offered to upgrade my choice of crown type at no extra charge (which, again, she didn’t have to do). On top of that I was so impressed at their sense of urgency when I first told them I was having pain. In the past I have been in excruciating pain from a wisdom tooth and been told I would have to wait nearly a week to see the surgeon. At Rayford Modern Dentistry they basically asked me how SOON I wanted to get it fixed! The doctor didn’t pressure me to get any other work done either like most dentist do. And then to top it all off with how friendly the staff is… I can’t count how many times I was asked if I needed anything or if I wanted to watch TV during my time in the chair… I am just seriously impressed.”

I definitely recommend this dental practice...especially if you have young children...they are patient and make the kids feel safe and comfortable. “My go-to for groceries! Clean store, friendly cashiers and associates. This location has a great selection of what I like... great meats, produce, a top of the line bakery (the most delicious homemade tortillas in TX) and I love HEB brand generic stuff from their sodas and brand ice cream to their potato chips etc. I also like what they do for the local fire departments and the fact that their affiliated with the Astros and Texans. You can't go wrong with HEB and this location rocks!”

“BIG Shaved ice servings. I love the shaved ice here. Always fresh, icy, and never mushy. Great for people of all ages. You can also get it in a to-go container. There are umbrella tables for you to sit and enjoy so there's no need to eat and drive. I called the number and reached an owner who was very concerned with my satisfaction although I didn't have a complaint. I don't eat any other shaved ice since they're open for the season.”

“Good fresh food! Some 'chef specialty' entrees are kinda pricey though and not large portioned for what you pay (General Tso's chicken for instance). The atmosphere inside the restaurant is nice and the place is clean. Finding parking spots during the evening is sometimes challenging as this restuarant sits inside a crazy busy HEB parking lot. That being said it is still one of my go to places for dishes like lemon chicken, sweet and sour chicken and they have some of the best fried rice in the area!”

“Love the innovation. It’s a Subway-style pizzeria What I liked: Pretty good thin crust (unlike Crust’s greasy crust). You can control the amount of cheese (just in case you want to live a bit longer). You can see the ingredients as you choose them. Fun and different pizza dining experience. What I didn’t like: The music - and a complete lack of environmental concern. Plastic cups with lids and straws abound, plastic utensils, no recycle bin, useless paper sheet between your pizza and plate. You have to generate a lot of unnecessary trash for a short meal. Oh yeah, and the disgustingly-sweet wrapped no-name creme-filled dessert cake; it was made for the buds of a 5-year old (although I’d never feed it to a 5-year old ...). The good news is that they can fix all of the stuff that I didn’t like - easily. Then I’d give them 5-stars for innovation and quality. If you’re not concerned about music (or your planet), you’ll love the place.”
