“We came to The Woodlands for the weekend it was our first time here. As soon as we checked in James took care of us and was so heart warming and welcoming! The next day my Husband went down to the lobby to have a few drinks at the bar right next to check in and James was there and was very attentive and friendly. Our last day checking out we had the pleasure of seeing James once more to check us out and I can’t express how much his hospitality meant to us here at The Hyatt and The Woodlands, I don’t always leave reviews, but thanks to James we want to give 5 stars for giving our trip and even more positive impact on this trip.
