I was once represented by an accident lawyer who didn't speak to clients directly, and employed rude staff that didn't always respond. Roger always took my calls or called me back promptly. He was very transparent. He showed care in handling my case, and gave great advice. In addition, he worked hard to get me the best settlement possible. I was concerned about receiving a very low settlement because I had a preexisting condition, but that's why he was recommended to me, and that didn't seem to be a factor for him. Sometime she’s even gone to get a medical book to explain something to me or even drawn a picture of some thing. She is very down to earth and talks WITH you and not AT you. She explains things in a way you can understand without having to have a medical degree. The front desk is always very courteous and willing to get you whatever you need in a timely manner—lab orders, prescriptions, test results or questions to Dr. Berdayes—even if it’s late in the day before they close. I highly recommend her.”

“Love that I was able to come to therapy here the staff and the best and help u so much in what u need. I went in there with a walker and day 1 I was able to get off that walker and walk with a cane. And by the end of the week I was even able to get off the cane and they also show me how to relax doing other stuff like I feel in love with drawing and painting picture and that’s something I still do till this day thanks to the staff at chronic pain center. If I could I would love to go back and do more therapy longer there thank you for the staff there for everything they did for me and help me with.”

“Dr. Krissy is amazing! She helped me relieve all my pain while pregnant and during postpartum after having an emergency c-section. I went from not being able to sit or stand for long periods of time due to pain shooting from my neck to lower back to sitting and standing comfortably with no pain. Dr. Krissy and Dr. Zach have also helped my 5 year old with her chronic constipation, she went from having multiple accidents throughout the day to maybe having 1-2 accidents a month and she’s not in pain anymore. Jessica is also super helpful and friendly. I was also given an affordable pay plan since my insurance didn’t cover it, Love this place and definitely worth it!”

“I rarely rate a hotel this high, but this property is extremely deserving of this five-star-across-the-board-rating. Great location, very good staff, superb service from housekeeping and an overall very good experience. I was in town for eight days. The property is solid! Literally. Freight lines run behind the hotel and you will never once feel or hear the trains. In true Texas fashion, the other guests are polite and respectful and you rarely hear any noise from the corridor or adjoining rooms. Only in Texas will you have a mini friendly argument over who gets to exit the elevator first. The hotel's front end faces the parking garage and it's hilarious how many people go to the roof just to talk or walk around. It's also a destination for car guys to get together and take group photos. There's a Dave & Buster's, gourmet tea cafe and a large brand new theater all within walking distance. You can also drive there if you're too tired. It takes about a minute. I will definitely be back to this property as this is a hotel that is doing everything right and knows the hospitality business!”

I can tell you not all facilities offer the excellent quality of care that Spring Ridge does. Owner/caregiver Dina and her husband Alex are very devoted to their patients. My mother has been there for 12 months and receives the most exquisite care. I could not be happier. I moved my mother several times due to poor care which is unfortunately very common in most facilities.
