“From an outsider's perspective of here, I think it looks nice and pretty good that it has a school and a gas station over there but the stoplight is kinda annoying I see why it's there, that's why it's a 4-star review. If you want a nice place to live in then I would consider going there to take a look at their homes.”

Even though it's still under construction and had no running water or electricity I don't remember the last time I had such a peaceful experience. “I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading some of the negative posts. We stayed for three nights and we were very pleased. Yes it is near I-45 and as such you will hear some road noise. But it’s negligible. As far as the road into the park, not any worse than some other parks we’ve stayed at. The location to the things we needed was the best around. It was a little pricey, but I for got to mention FREE laundry! And the WiFi had a strong signal. I only used it to update some of my apps but it seemed pretty fast.”

“Leisure Lane Magnolia is a great RV resort. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and we love the clubhouse! We spent many an evening in the plush community room watching TV or playing one of the many board games available. The gym is fantastic and we definitely had a great time in the game room. The shower and bathrooms are spotless and top notch! The laundry facilities being in the clubhouse building is such a bonus, as it is convenient to relax on the sofa and read or shower while the laundry is going. The office staff are all so helpful and nice. We were impressed with the community feel of the resort. We did not meet and unpleasant people and our neighbors were respectful and responsible with their space. We felt safe with the private gated entrance and enjoy getting our mail to a private mailbox on site or to our doorstep. The outdoor barbecue area is a dream and the pool is beautiful. The pool is not heated, so we did not get a chance to swim. The small pond with the relaxing water fountain was superb. There is a ample dog park and plenty of parking. We definitely would not hesitate to stay at Leisure Lane Magnolia RV Resort and have recommended it to our family, friends, and RV community members.”

“I’ve been impressed with the newness and contemporary decor. Great toiletries here!! The employees are very friendly. The bar food is amazing!! I met Teresa, the chef… outstanding food and she was very pleasant. In speaking with her, I believe she truly has a passion for preparing foods. I’d definitely come back just to eat here again. This hotel is just off the beaten path and hidden away but within minutes of The Woodlands area outstanding amenities. Would definitely stay my stay here was nothing less than awesome.”

“Awesome host and park!! Brandy, the owner, is so friendly and accommodating. The name certainly is correct, it is Dunn right! The bathrooms are spotless, as are the showers and laundry facilities. Extra large dog park behind the storage units, which my boys loved. We enjoyed frozen cocktails one evening at the bar/outdoor food truck area. We will stay here on future travels and I highly recommend Dunn Right RV Park!”

“We came to The Woodlands for the weekend it was our first time here. As soon as we checked in James took care of us and was so heart warming and welcoming! The next day my Husband went down to the lobby to have a few drinks at the bar right next to check in and James was there and was very attentive and friendly. Our last day checking out we had the pleasure of seeing James once more to check us out and I can’t express how much his hospitality meant to us here at The Hyatt and The Woodlands, I don’t always leave reviews, but thanks to James we want to give 5 stars for giving our trip and even more positive impact on this trip. The Hyatt is very lucky to have someone at the front to greet like him. Thanks again for everything to James and the Hyatt we will be back soon!”

“I rarely rate a hotel this high, but this property is extremely deserving of this five-star-across-the-board-rating. Great location, very good staff, superb service from housekeeping and an overall very good experience. I was in town for eight days. The property is solid! Literally. Freight lines run behind the hotel and you will never once feel or hear the trains. In true Texas fashion, the other guests are polite and respectful and you rarely hear any noise from the corridor or adjoining rooms. Only in Texas will you have a mini friendly argument over who gets to exit the elevator first. The hotel's front end faces the parking garage and it's hilarious how many people go to the roof just to talk or walk around. It's also a destination for car guys to get together and take group photos. There's a Dave & Buster's, gourmet tea cafe and a large brand new theater all within walking distance. You can also drive there if you're too tired. It takes about a minute. I will definitely be back to this property as this is a hotel that is doing everything right and knows the hospitality business!”

“Its peaceful and a great place to live! We have our own boat launch and our own boat dock with roof to keep our boat in water year round if wanted to. The owner is nice and will halp anyone if need it. Please dont listen to any fake reviews we recently had some guy and his daughter that worked for owner and they were caught stealing. These individuals were homeless when the owner helped them and were staying in a tent on his property using his power and water for free! Now they went on google writing fake and obscene review about this place and the owner. I hate when people get mad about their wrong doings and want to lie and be hateful to the ones that helped them. .. But yes this place is the best campground I have been too. We have been here a month now and it has been extremely nice and the prices are outstanding. We have no complaints whatsoever. We will definetly recommend it to anyone!!! We love it!!!”

“Not a resort, but a family. It's like cheers, "where everybody knows your name". Reasonable prices, small community, owner lives on site. Laundry, Free WiFi, full hook up sites, wood decks, large dog run. Outstanding outdoor kitchen. You don't have to worry about disruptive, unsavory neighbors because they are required to leave. This park is secluded, yet close to everything, including outstanding medical care. As full-timers, we spend a few months here each winter and it's always like coming home.”

“We booked a block of rooms here for our wedding back in January and we absolutely loved it! The staff was wonderful and very helpful through the entire process. We used the shuttle service to take our guests to and from our venue, and they were always on time and available throughout the night. The rooms were very clean and nice, and everyone raved about the fancy showers! Our room was even upgraded to the honeymoon suite, which was decorated head to toe for us newlyweds. Highly recommend!!”

“The electricity was out when I arrived here due to California's mismanagement of the power grid. But the concierge did everything to accommodate Me by even giving me some candles to help keep my room lit. He was very nice and actually sounded like he was expecting my arrival as well as my co-workers arrival. The power came on just a mere 45 minutes after I checked in and was able to cool the room down and sleep well. The next morning the concierge was also a very gracious person and was able to answer any of my questions. This is also a place where you would see people traveling from point A to point B or working in the area. Many people were using the pool which is also a nice feature. I really like the Best Western franchise because it is an in-between the luxury and budget hotel.”

“This place is awesome!! So nice and clean and very attentive staff. The room was awesome and very homey. Stayed by myself and felt very comfortable and safe in the area even though it was just one night. Did not bring my hair brush but went across the street in the shopping center and got one. Very convenient. Will definitely book here again. Trying the free breakfast tomorrow which I am sure will be good.”

“NO TRACTOR TRAILER OR RV PARKING HERE. They empty lot in front of hotel but don't know you can park there. Room was adequate with the basic amenities. No breakfast cause of Covid-19 but Waffle House within walking distance and menu for deliveries are available.”
