Upon initial training program set by Tasha, Nicole is our personnel trainer. Nicole makes us feel important. She gives us the strength and encouragement. “Dr. Dorrell is an excellent physician. He is a very concerned caring physician. He may not be all bubbly but I don't go to him to be entertained. I go to him because he is an excellent physician and works very hard to provide quality healthcare to his patients. His staff is equally talented and dedicated, and go out of their way to help with all my medical needs. My regret is having to find another doctor when we moved. I will miss the care I received at the Medical Center and would recommend anyone to go there.”

Coaches are 10/10 at this location. “DG has been a welcomed addition to NORTH Padre Island. It seems many are reviewing a S. Padre DG. Before opening, the only option was a CVS where everything is priced at least 3x the cost of other CVS stores. This DG is new, clean, well-stocked and convenient. I’ve never seen it messy, never seen long lines and it has a wonderful location with a clean parking lot. For those who live on the island, it has been great.”

I found an FNP (Tracy Culver) that I trust and who expresses legitimate concern for my health . I call it TLC ( Tracy Loving Care). My health concerns are always met with care. I am always treated with respect. If there IS a wait time, it is only because sometimes so many of us that love this place are here getting the medical TLC that keeps us returning. The people who work here are real. They go home just like you. I do not believe any of the "bad" reviews. They obviously did not spend time here.”

“I’m from Dallas Fort Worth. Somehow managed to cripple myself while here on vacation with a pulled muscle that left me feeling like I was being stabbed to death from the inside. What wasn’t being stabbed or beaten inside was numb outside. On a scale of 1-10 my pain was dilated to a 10 give birth level pain and I was on the floor and couldn’t move. With Port A 911 help I managed to get to the car and arrive at their recommendation here at Surepoint at 2am. This staff helped me from car to room, from absolute misery to feeling like they handed me my life back in the form of one shot with a cocktail of feel well drugs. Sent me off and Rx exactly what I needed. They were 100% pro and 100% kind. And it was not the bank buster I thought I would have. This is no vacation! But they definitely handled me with TLC and “fixed me” as best and fast as they possibly could. Five stars is not enough. Honestly. They are off the chart.”
