“Jeremy & Ryan delivered my bedroom set furniture yesterday, the time slotted for my delivery was 2-6...but they did not show up until 6:30 pm. My only suggestion and highly recommend is a courtesy call to the customer if the delivery is running behind. I had to initiate the call at 5:45 pm to find out if I was still getting my furniture and at that time is when I was informed they were running late. Overall I rate Jeremy and Ryan a 5 star rating because they were friendly and did a great job setting up the bedroom set. I am very pleased with the furniture. Thank you!”

Janice spent hours with my wife ensuring she got the exact tile she wanted. She was able to give the pros and cons of the different tile we were looking at. She was also knowledgable on current trends and which tile had fallen out of favor over the years. When we had follow up questions regarding our order the staff was very helpful. Their local warehouse even loaded the tile in my truck with their forklift, probably saving me a trip to the hospital....
