Richard came promptly, diagnosed the problem, and then, even though he didn't have to--he could have just left it to the warranty company to take their time about it--he found the part I needed, contacted the warranty company on my behalf, and when they told him it would take them 3-5 business days to issue the PO for it, he refused to take no for an answer. He got that part in one day, came over and installed it the same day, was professional and polite even when I was hot and frustrated and at my wit's end. He is that rare thing nowadays: An honest craftsman who cares about his work and cares about his clients and knows how to get the job done. This was my first interaction with this company and they could not have been better or more admirably represented. I'm a single working mom.
