“Keith was fantastic. Very professional, very comfortable having him in my home, did not need help getting up or down and was great at answering when I asked questions. He even handed me decorative bits while they were pulled off so I could clean them up and have a nicer looking shower. That one-star review below made me hesitant when I was looking for a plumber, but I have no idea what happened there because my service was fantastic. Bill seemed reasonable, wasn’t super cheap but I know plumbers are notoriously expensive.”

The person answering the phone was super helpful and informative with my many questions and concern about our air conditioning unit. when I called, we were not establish customers and they were able to come out to our home which let me mention is over an hour outside of town and they came out the same day. The technician was very informative, and he took his time, making sure that we understood every step of the process and educated us about our system. They didn’t just show up and “it’s fixed” and then leave. I’m very thankful to have found a company that feels genuine and that has wonderful customer service.”

I called another company and they charged me more for the service call, told me they shut down the leak but didn't and then wanted to charge me 3 times what Royal charged. Lance was great with the quotes and up front with the best way to save me money and Bryan and his helper were awesome got the leak repaired and a few other issues taken care of. I want be calling anyone else but Royal in the future.”

“I cannot say enough good things about both Raul Garcia sr. And JR. After dealing with and having the sale of our home severely handicapped by the fraudulent work of Hurricane Drain (the owners name is Conn ironically) We called mr Garcia and his son to come out and holy cow what a difference in service, attitude, and knowledge they provided. You don’t know something if you can’t explain it to a 3 year old is what Einstein once said and while there were no 3 year olds present the Garcia’s were willing and able to explain and demonstrate to everyone present exactly what they were doing and why and after that made sure their findings were understood and agreed upon by everyone before they moved on to the next step. Given the amount of over the shoulder scrutiny they were working under I would have forgiven them for being rude or dismissive at many times but not once did I see it from either of them. I could take a few notes from them on how to treat my own customers and I’m a hydraulic engineer who still learned quite a bit from these guys. I hope they get all the business they deserve and I rarely write reviews but they earned this one. I’m also calling on my fellow Aggie’s to send their business to the Garcia’s. “Had a drain back up & when another plumber was unable to fix the issue and was extremely rude, I called Lamar Plumbing. Paul came out and had the issue fixed in a short amount of time. Recently had Paul and Clayton out to fix a separate issue. Again the issue was resolved timely. Both were extremely friendly & Paul is an amazing plumber. The prices are fair. Paul and Clayton worked fast and efficiently to resolve the issue in as little time possible. The staff who answer the phone are extremely friendly and helpful. “I don't think a lot of people know about all the services ABC provides, but the one I use the most is the plumbing. Open 24/7, the service includes free estimates, same-day appointments, and the height of professionalism in their plumbers. Always in uniform, friendly, on time, and very fast, they are all very nice, but my favorite is Justin, who unstopped and unspeakably foul clog in my sewer line. You'd think he was psychic the way he knew exactly what the issue was and where to find my invisible drainage pipes. He cleaned my tubs and showers, reassured me that it was more than safe to use, and explained how the clog happened and how to know when to call them again in the future. I've never had a bad experience with these folks, and love their billing process and detailed emailed quotes and receipts. Fantastic crew, fantastic company!”
