“I've never been here. Don't know why Google tagged me there on Sunday. I typically don't go to this part of the beach. I'm typically off jp Luby or well south of Bob hall pier. I did do an estimate for repairs on some of the buildings years ago and the staff for the complex was very nice.”

“1st time to take a overnight trip to the Corpus area. A local friend said this was a good place that has been renovated and expanded recently. I went with my daughter and we had a blast. The proximity to the Laguna Madre was perfect as we had a fishing trip planned. The room was very clean and the renovations came out very nice. The staff were very professional and there was great communication before/during/after my stay. The location is a bit far from some of the areas like Port A that we wanted to check out, but the drive to/from the other water front areas was so scenic and great, I did not mind the 20 - 30 minutes to took to get there. I would definitely stay again!”

“Beautiful location great green space and grilling area when you drive up the stairwell gives you the vibe that this is not going to be great, but the rooms are decent, you’re going to the beach and you’re going to stay in that area you’re not gonna be in the room long it is way better than a motel six. I would recommend them changing out the fridge if it looks rusty on the outside, but was clean on the inside, extremely clean. And the AC could be a little cooler but again will stay there again just because it is perfect as far as the swimming pool and the beach side highly recommend it.”

“Very open and very close to the beach. The building was two stories with the bedrooms on the top floor and the living rooms on the bottom with all you can want: oven, stove, washing and dryer, two sofa, a huge TV, and a small porch in the back. Very comfortable place to stay for a few days!”

“Stayed here 4th of July weekend, and it was great! Texas State Aquarium and the Lexington was down the street. Backyard is huge acts as extra parking and kids ran around while we barbecued and watching the fireworks from the beach was perfect and just a short walk away! Owners are the sweetest ppl. “The staff was very kind and made me feel relaxed when I started to feel sick after the pain medicine was Waring off. The doctor immediately came and spoke with me and made me feel better I recommend this hospital. When you enter it you feel at peace. Also the guest home we stayed at I felt it was their was something special about it. I can't complain about my surgery or stay their, I was blessed and I'm very greatful to everyone.”

“We had a clean room. It was inexpensive too. No breakfast included but would stay here again.The property was mellow & quiet, no rowdy guests or partying. Brandt in the front office was sweet, friendly, & helpful. I've worked in the customer service industry for 12 years & he is the poster child for what folks should be for top notch service. “On the beach, great pool and hot tub, friendly staff, ample parking, and clean room. I'm sure all of the rooms are a bit different, but ours was updated. Although the showers weren't the best. The beds were comfortable enough for a couple of nights and, for the price, it was very much worth staying here again! Our family of 6 adults enjoyed everything. I wish they would have had a few more amenities within the condo itself... Dish soap, a couple of extra kitchen towels or another paper towel roll would have been nice. The window coverings are also very thin and the parking lot lights on the side where our room was always kept the room bright. We slept anyway. If you are on the second floor, you will need to climb stairs (no elevator).”

“Clean, comfortable, the heated pool was great for the kids. We paid for 3 apartments for our large family. Check in and out process was easy for everyone. Perfect location close to the beach. Only saw security guard once or twice. Could have used more security presence as girls that werent staying there parked in our assigned spot so they could take selfies in the pool area.”

“I went to visit a friend that I used to work with. Living in a mobile home community myself I take notice of alot of things others typically wouldn't. The grounds were well maintained. No vehicles torn down up on jack stands, no refrigerators on the front porch or W/D er's for that matter. To sum up , very quiet, neat, well maintained community. I would have scored it 5 ⭐but I couldn't because the mobile community I live in is hands down one of if not the best in Nueses County. I do have to add the streets need alot of attention. My ratings are based off of a couple or family looking to get out of apartment rental blues and take first steps into the American dream , home ownership. This park has affordable homes for those who are ready to step out of apartment living and enjoy a little more of the private and personal living experience.”

“I have lived here for two years now. The park is definitely going through a transformation. The pool and laundry room have been remodeled and landscaped. We now have a functioning security gate too. A private landscape company has been coming in to trim up all the palm trees and trees that never came back after the freeze. Karen, the regional asset manager says more transformation is coming. The next project is the recreation room. I'm excited to see what they do with it. I like that we have a private road that goes down to the water where you can sit and relax, throw out a fishing line, or launch a kayak. There are constant upgrades to the park that I have been noticing. It is a very large park and the spaces are larger than most. I was able to make a garden and have room for a shed. I like to mow my own space but the park offers your space to be mowed by the maintenance crew. They are working continously and consciously to get the whole park beautified. The most important part, I feel to note, is that the park has been doing their do diligence in cleaning up the park in more ways than one, and I as a single mom, feel safe and secure. Hats off to Karen, who will do background checks not only on residents but also employees of the park, to keep us safe and for making the park beautiful again.”
