“I returned to Dr. Juarez today after a six year hiatus due to my terrible Insurance (Delta Dental) and their ripoff tactics of the dentist and the insured person. Now that I have a better insurance coverage, I was very pleased to see that Dr. Juarez was in-network and I was very excited to get back to being one of his patients. He is the best dentist I have ever met and I have had many. He is very gentle and explains everything very well and when there is work to be done he gives options and a well explained recommendation. Dr Juarez is a kind, gentle and humble person with a beautiful soul. He treated my wife and I as loving members of his family and he and his staff welcomed us back as if we had only been away on vacation. I am so glad to be back under the care of someone who really cares about me and my family! Thank you Dr. Juarez for being you! Update 10/14/2021: I just had my teeth cleaned by Jessica! She was awesome! Sh was very gentle and explained everything as she was doing it. Lance was great with the quotes and up front with the best way to save me money and Bryan and his helper were awesome got the leak repaired and a few other issues taken care of. “My wife, Elaine & I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here...getting in and out of the facility is easy, our climate controlled storage unit is always cool & comfortable, a cart is always readily available making it easier for us to unload vehicle and get items to and from vehicle. Most importantly the units are clean...no issues of pests/bugs...the entire grounds are well kept as well...huge bonus the staff is AWESOME...all of them...especially get the best customer service from Steve...very friendly & helpful...We highly recommend this Bay Vista storage facility location.”
