“Writing this review after booking another stay here…that speaks for itself. We stayed here in late Sept and we’re very very pleased with our stay. As a family of 2 baby girls, cleanliness is huge to us. We want to enjoy a vacation while also knowing that we have a clean safe place to call home for a few days. This place checks all the boxes. Our room was VERY clean, and I’ll admit I do like to nitpick..but I saw nothing to pick at. The customer service is AMAZING and very kind. We ran into a few different staff throughout our stay and each one always had a smile and asked how our stay was. Besides the cleanliness, the two pools are seriously awesome. One is heated with a hot tub attached, one is non heated which was a wonderful surprise to have a choice. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk with your own private access They also have a cute little outdoor picnic/fire area that we really enjoyed hanging out at at night. We definitely enjoyed the vending machines as well. We knew as soon as we checked out that this would be our go to vacation spot.”

“We had an absolute blast staying at this place. The house was clean and spacious enough to hold all 6 of us. The kids had a great time feeding the turtles and trying to catch them. The large deck and grill are definitely a bonus. The weather was not so good, so we did not spend much time at the beach - so we hung out at the nice pool. I loved the green space with all the palm trees. We have stayed in Part A many times, but never had a nice green space like this before. The ping pong and darts and games in the garage was a lot of fun too. We will absolutely be coming back to stay here again.”

“Lovely well kept park that is right on the beach! Everything was clean and you have everything you need, because who needs a pool when you have the gulf right there! Quiet and peaceful too. Will definitely stay here again. And yes! We came back for a second stay. Still absolutely wonderful.”

“Writing an overdue review as we spent a few days at Sea the View at the end of January 2022. We enjoyed our stay in the main level apartment. It was just as the pictures show, well actually even better. It was clean and cozy with plenty of room for comfortable seating around the kitchen table, the TV, and out on the patio. It was clean with a nice kitchen providing all we needed. We especially loved our short scenic walks to the beach. Perfect beach for walking and walking! Driving on the beach was a new experience for us so we did that a lot! We went to a few of the owner recommended restaurants and we thought they were great. It was just really fun hanging out in a new spot, we’re thinking we will visit again someday. Thank you!”

“I loved it. It was very cozy. Kitchen, living space, had a queen size bed, and a trundle bed. I loved the touch of two rocking chairs, little table and a pail or planter style with sand to put my cigarette butts out. That was a really nice touch for me. But pleasant for my daughter so we could sit out on this little patio and enjoy the night. when I go back to Port Aransas. I definitely wish to stay there again. Only 3 minutes from the beach. Pet friendly also. Daughter had her dog.”

“I booked an 80 min massage with Danielle, upon arrival I was greeted promptly and offered a refreshment. The massage started on time and Danielle asked about specific areas I wanted to focus on. Her approach was professional and caring. She then proceeded to give me the best massage I've ever had. I left there feeling stress free and lighter. There is also a small boutique on sight with some really cute items. My review is 5 stars and that is only because I can't give more. I would definitely recommend to others.”

“This was such a great stay we loved our vacation coz what’s a vacay with out a nice place to stay 🤷🏻♀️ Everything was clean and tidy. Beautiful decoration and colors loved how it was so coordinated. The kitchen is fully equipped no need to move your kitchen with u lol. It felt like home away from home so cozy and comforting! The owners were easy and nice to deal with we stayed in 2025 totally recommend that condo. The bedrooms were big. Great place to stay for a family or just u coz why not!! Book this place for your next vacay at PORT A. I hope you have a wonderful vacation 🐠🙏🏼🎊”

“Gulf Breeze Trailer Park is everything you could want in a mobile home facility. Helen, the lady who owns and runs it, ensures a peaceful atmosphere with a friendly smile and as much, or as little, personal attention as you require. She, her son Peter, and their crew keep the grounds very attractive. The location, in the heart of Old Port Aransas, is in walking distance of shops and groceries and about 4 blocks from the beach. We feel very lucky to have found this small enclave and would not consider leaving.”
